Honolulu County Warrant Records Honolulu County Warrant Records

Honolulu County warrant information is divided among the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary, Honolulu Police Department, and Department of Law Enforcement Sheriff Division. First Circuit courts issue warrants and keep court files. HPD processes certain police warrant records, while state sheriffs serve court process. We organize those official routes so readers can identify the right case portal, records desk, or published phone number without mistaking eCourt Kōkua for a complete public warrant list.

Why We Built This Site

Hawaiʻi makes many court records available, yet no single public Honolulu warrant roster was found. eCourt Kōkua provides public case information, not law-enforcement confirmation. eBench is restricted to authorized officers. The First Circuit Legal Documents Branch holds Circuit and Family records, District Legal Documents Branch 2 holds District Court files, and the Traffic Violations Bureau handles traffic services. HPD Records and Identification and the DLE Sheriff Division maintain separate agency records. We bring those distinctions, contacts, and request methods together so a reader can follow a warrant question to its actual custodian.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference site with no affiliation to any Hawaiʻi court, police office, sheriff division, or government agency. Our role has firm limits:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now

Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers operate the search boxes found on some pages. They control their own results, data practices, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this free reference resource. We neither set those charges nor verify those results. Any result remains unofficial and should be checked with the First Circuit court, HPD, or DLE office that maintains the record.
